Daily Practices
On Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, Sadhana (spiritual practice) is practiced in the morning at 5:15 am, when we chant mantras, practice yoga and meditation. On Sundays we do the Gayatri Mantra meditation at 6 am. Tuesdays and Thursdays, on In the afternoon we performed a kirtan, with Chandra, a moment of chanting mantras and meditation for spiritual ascension.
sadhana
Sadhana is a Sanskrit term that means daily spiritual practice. At the Ashram Matri Surya Unified Line we follow the practice of meditation linked to Kriya Hata Yoga and Kundalini Yoga. We wake up very early, before the sun rises to pay off and give thanks for the light of a new day. Come and join us in these moments of deep connection with the divine essence.

Seva
Seva is a Sanskrit word which means selfless, voluntary service, performed by the seeker as a devotional practice. Selfless service connects us with something beyond ourselves, providing a break from our limitations and selfishness, allowing us to open our hearts to something different from what we are used to.
Seva can range from cleaning and helping in the kitchen to involvement in joint efforts and small works, as we are still building our space. IT'S The collaboration of visitors in this regard is essential.
Food
Our kitchen offers 3 ovo-lacto-vegetarian meals daily (with vegan and gluten-free options). The food is always made with lots of love and care, delicious, homemade and very nutritious.
